Q: What Photography Services do you offer?
A: Our photographers take both portrait and candid photographs which are used to put together a Reunion Memory Book and our Candid Picture CD. Each person who has their portrait taken will be sent a proof about 10 days after the event. From this proof picture, they can order from a variety of portrait packages.
Our photographer also takes a group photo of the entire class. This group picture is offered to those who may wish to purchase it. Order forms to purchase the photo are available at the event and are also sent to the classmates after the reunion in their proof envelopes.
Our Candid Picture CD contains 70-100 candid shots of small groups of people, the dancing; capturing the fun everyone had at the reunion. The CD comes with the School name and year specially printed on it and is $20.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We serve reunions nationwide and have a network of local professional photographers that we use. We are based in Southern California.
Q: What is the cost of your services?
A: We offer our services at no charge. Individual/couple portrait proof pictures are sent to classmates free of charge, and the group picture and Candid CD are also offered to classmates for sale if they choose to purchase them
Q: How many photographers do you send out?
A: It depends on the size of the reunion. Typically, we send out a photographer and an assistant for a reunion of up to 140 people. After that, we may send out additional photographers and assistants because we want to minimize the length of time spent in line waiting to have pictures taken. In addition, we often will send out a separate photographer to take the class group picture depending on the size of the reunion.
Q: How do we sign up with you?
A: Fill out the booking agreement that is enclosed in the Information packet. If you need an information packet, you can order one by calling us, or requesting the information packet from our home page. Fax or mail it to us.
Q: How long after the reunion until we receive our memory book?
A: Typically, expect to receive the memory book 6-8 weeks after the reunion committee places their memory book order with us.
Q: I had individual portraits taken at the reunion. How long before I receive them?
A: You will receive the proofs and an order form about 10 days after the reunion. You may then place an order and either fax or mail it back to us.
Q: I didn’t get a chance to order a Class Group Photo or the Candid Picture CD at my class Reunion. Can I still order it?
A: You may order it online from us by clicking on "Order Form", or by calling us at (714) 265-3638. You may also fill out the order form that is sent out with the proofs and fax or mail it back to us.
